01 课题组简介

戴华，教授，博士生导师，扬州大学医学院生理教研室主任。扬州大学中青年学术带头人、江苏省生理科学学会理事。

奚菊群，教授，博士生导师，扬州大学医学院药学系主任。现任江苏省生物医学工程学会教育与科普专业委员会委员。

张生哲，校特聘教授，扬州大学医学院生理教研室教师，江苏省生理科学学会理事，美国癌症协会会员。

研究团队主要从事乳腺癌、肺癌的发生发展、转移、耐药机制及精准诊疗分子靶标临床转化等方面的研究。主持国家及省部级项目10余项，在Nature Communications, ACS Nano, Advanced Functional Materials, Cancer Research等国内外著名期刊发表论文50余篇。

02 研究方向

（1） 基于类器官的肿瘤发生发展、转移、耐药机制及精准诊疗分子靶标临床转化。

（2） 高活性纳米酶的构-效关系研究及其在肿瘤治疗中的作用及机制研究。

03 博后待遇及相关要求

招聘全职博士后2~3名，工作年薪25-35万元，单位统一缴纳“五险一金”，团队将全力为博后创造优良的科研、学习环境，并共同为博后考核提供支持。出站时达到相应标准，可根据扬州大学相关文件可聘为副教授或讲师。

应聘者年龄需在35周岁以下，近期获得博士学位（博士毕业一般不超过3年）；具有基础医学、临床医学、中医或中西医结合、生物学、药学或生物信息学等相关专业背景，专业基础扎实，实验技能全面，能独立开展科研工作。近三年内以第一作者发表较高质量SCI论文1篇及以上。

Dai Hua, PhD, Professor, Doctoral supervisor, the Head of the Department of Physiology at Medical School of Yangzhou University. Dr. Dai is the Young and Middle-aged Academic Leader in Yangzhou University. Currently serving as a member of Jiangsu Provincial Society for Physiological Sciences.

Xi Juqun, PhD, Professor, Doctoral supervisor, Head of the Department of Pharmacy at the Medical School of Yangzhou University. Currently serving as a member of the Education and Popularization Professional Committee of the Jiangsu Biomedical Association.

Zhang Shengzhe, PhD, Distinguished Professor. Dr. Zhang completed his postdoctoral training at the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute, Harvard Medical School, and The University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center. Dr. Zhang was a member of the American Association for Cancer Research (AACR) and currently is a member of the Jiangsu Provincial Society for Physiological Sciences.

The team has been engaged in long-term investigations on the mechanisms underlying the tumorigenesis, metastasis, drug resistance and biotherapeutic approaches of breast cancer and lung cancer, also focus on the clinical research of precise diagnosis and molecular therapeutic targets. In the past 5 years, more than 10 research projects at the provincial level or above have been presided and over 50 papers were published in international SCI journals, including Nature Communications, ACS Nano, Advanced Functional Materials, Cancer Research and more.

02 Research

(1) Tumorigenesis, metastasis and drug resistance mechanism exploring, therapeutic targets searching, and drug screening based on patient-derived organoid models.

(2) Investigation of the structure-activity relationship of highly active nanozymes and their role and mechanisms in the treatment of cancers.

03 Postdoctoral Fellowship Benefits and Requirements

We are recruiting 2~3 full-time postdoctoral fellows, with an annual salary of 250,000-350,000 RMB, and the employer will provide comprehensive social insurance and welfare benefits. The team will fully support the postdoctoral fellows with an excellent environment for research and learning and will help with their evaluations. Upon meeting the corresponding criteria after the fellowship, you can be a faculty of Yangzhou University.

Applicants must be under 35 years old and have recently obtained a doctoral degree (generally within 3 years). The candidates should have a solid background in basic medicine, clinical medicine, traditional Chinese medicine or integrative medicine, biology, pharmaceuticals, or bioinformatics, with a strong foundation in their respective fields and comprehensive experimental skills. The candidates should be able to do research independently. Within the last 3 years, the candidates should have published at least one high-quality SCI paper as the first author.
