01 课题组简介
钱莉，女，1979年1月出生，教授，博士生导师，扬州大学医学院院长。2009年毕业于医学免疫学国家重点实验室暨第二军医大学免疫学研究所，获得博士学位。担任江苏省研究型医院学会常务理事，江苏省免疫学会青年工作委员会副主任委员。获中国免疫学会青年学者奖，江苏省“博士集聚计划”资助，江苏省“六大人才高峰”，江苏省优秀硕士学位论文指导教师，江苏高校外国留学生英文授课省级精品课程负责人。
研究团队长期从事免疫相关疾病的基础与转化研究，先后主持国家级及部省级各类课题10余项，已授权国家发明专利5项，在国际一流杂志Blood、Nature Commumcations、J Biol Chem等发表论文40多篇。

03博后待遇及相关要求
招聘全职博士后1-2名，申请者工资及福利待遇按国家博士后和扬州大学相关政策提供具有竞争力的薪酬和福利，年薪30-35万元。实验室设备齐全，能够为科研人员提供优质的发展平台和支持。优秀博士后出站后可续聘为副教授或讲师。
申请者需获得博士学位，年龄不超过35周岁。具有免疫学、分子生物学、细胞生物学、病理生理学等研究背景之一。工作基础扎实，具有独立从事科研工作的能力，近三年内以第一作者发表较高质量SCI论文1篇及以上。

Profile
Li Qian, female, born in 1979, is a professor, doctoral supervisor, and currently principal of Medical College of Yangzhou University. In 2009, she graduated from the National Key Laboratory of Medical Immunology & Institute of Immunology, Second Military Medical University with a Ph.D. She serves as the executive director of Jiangsu Research Hospital Association and the vice chairman of the Youth Working Committee of the Jiangsu Society of Immunology. She has won the Young Scholar Award from the Chinese Society for Immunology, funded by Jiangsu Province's ‘Doctoral Concentration Plan’, supported by Six Talent Peaks Project in Jiangsu province. She was selected as an outstanding master's thesis instructor in Jiangsu Province, and the head of English teaching for foreign students in Jiangsu Provincial quality courses Colleges and Universities.
Li Qian’s team has been engaged in basic and translational research on immune-related diseases. They published over 40 research articles in Blood, Nature Commumcations, J Biol Chem, etc, hosted over more than 10 National Natural Science Foundation projects and authorized 5 national invention patents.
Research Interests
1.Research on the role and mechanism of immune cells in neurological diseases.
2.The molecular mechanism of tumor immune escape and clinical translation research.
Related Requirements and Benefits
We sincerely plan to recruit 1-2 postdocs with research background in immunology, molecular biology, cell biology, pathophysiology and other fields. Successful candidates will be provided with competitive remuneration and welfare benefits, with an annual salary of 300,000-350,000 RMB. Our laboratory is fully equipped for scientific research, and postdoctoral who are particularly outstanding have opportunities for promoting to lecturer or associate professor.
The applicant, generally no more than 35 years old, must obtain a doctorate degree in a university or scientific research institution at home or abroad in the past three years, and achieve good research results during the doctoral study period. He/she need to have the ability to independently engage in scientific research, and publish 1 or more high-quality SCI research papers as the first author in the past three years.
