01 课题组简介
李国才，博士，教授，博士生导师。本团队长期从事病原细菌耐药与毒力调控机制研究，尤其是在CRISPR-Cas系统对鲍曼不动杆菌耐药与毒力的调控机理方面取得较大进展。先后主持国家自然科学基金项目5项，江苏省自然科学基金及横向合作项目10余项；在国内外本领域杂志发表较高质量研究论文100余篇；与企业合作研发的3种蛋白酶产品进入生产阶段。

03博后待遇及相关要求
招聘全职博士后1-2名，申请者工资及福利待遇按国家博士后和扬州大学相关政策提供具有竞争力的薪酬和福利，年薪30-35万元。实验室设备齐全，能够为科研人员提供优质的发展平台和支持。
申请者需获得博士学位，年龄不超过35周岁。具有病原微生物学、免疫学、分子生物学或生物信息学等研究背景之一。工作基础扎实，具有独立从事科研工作的能力，近三年内以第一作者发表较高质量SCI论文1篇及以上。

Recruitment of Full-time Postdoc of Bacterial Resistance and Virulence Regulation Group of Yangzhou University
Introduction of the group
Dr. Li Guocai, Professor, Doctoral Supervisor. Our team has long been engaged in the research on the regulatory mechanisms of drug resistance and virulence of pathogenic bacteria, especially in the regulation mechanism of CRISPR-Cas system on drug resistance and virulence of Acinetobacter baumannii. We have obtained 5 National Natural Science Foundation projects, more than 10 Jiangsu Provincial Natural Science Foundation projects and horizontal cooperation projects. We have published more than 100 high-quality research papers in national and international journals. Three protein products developed in cooperation with enterprises entered the production stage.

1. Regulatory mechanisms of drug resistance/virulence evolution of pathogenic bacteria
2. Screening and preparation of bioactive molecules
Related Requirements and Benefits
We sincerely plan to recruit 1-2 postdocs with research background in Medical Microbiology, Immunology, Molecular biology, or Bioinformatics. Successful candidates will be provided with competitive remuneration and welfare benefits, with an annual salary of 300,000-350,000 RMB. Our laboratory is fully equipped for scientific research.
The applicant, generally no more than 35 years old, must obtained a doctorate degree in a university or scientific research institution at home or abroad in the past three years, and achieved good research results during the doctoral study period. He/she need to have the ability to independently engage in scientific research, and published 1 or more high-quality SCI research papers as the first author in the past three years.
